At Totally Gluten Free Bakery, we are passionate about crafting delicious, gluten-free baked goods that everyone can enjoy. Established in 2006, our journey began when I, Wendy, recognized the need for a dedicated gluten-free bakery. What started as a single location on Worcester Street quickly expanded as we took over three more shops, building a hub for gluten-free delights. In 2010, Lori joined me, and together we continued to innovate and grow, even overcoming challenges like the 2011 earthquake.
