Our small factory is dedicated to traditional methods, allowing us to create small batches that preserve the true essence of cacao. Each step—sorting, roasting, grinding, and molding—is done by hand, ensuring minimal ingredients and maximum flavor. Our collaboration with Ana Aceves of Sugarcube Studios has brought to life a unique chocolate bar and packaging design that narrates my journey from sailor to chocolate maker, as well as the incredible voyage our cacao undertakes.
